Experience:  

Construction Manager - Retail/Supermarket Construction Construction Manager required for large Retail Construction projects. Our client is a large and successful construction group, with a regional office in the South West. The retail division of the company are seeking to recruit an experienced Construction Manager, to work under a site based Project Manager. Generally the division undertakes large supermarket extensions in addition to new builds, in an area from the Midlands to the South Coast and London, so extensive travel and living away from home is very likely. Only candidates with specific current experience in this particular sector will be considered. Candidates should have excellent technical construction experience in a live retail environment, together with a proven ability to successfully manage retail projects (including mezzanine floors, extensions & refits) as a 'No. 1' on projects to £5m in value.
