Experience:  

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for large Retail Construction projects Our client is a large and successful construction group, with a regional office in the South West. The retail division of the company are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, who will be required to manage other Quantity Surveyors in the team. Generally the division undertakes large supermarket extensions in addition to new builds, in an area from the Midlands to the South Coast and London, so extensive travel is likely, albeit candidates should ideally live in an area commutable to Bristol.. Candidates should have experience in retail projects (D & B and Partnering arrangements), together with a proven ability to successfully turn budgets around very quickly on projects to £8m in value.

 £40 - 45k + pkge
