Experience:  

Estimator - Small Building Company - North Oxfordshire Salary - circa £30 - 45k + package (dependant on experience) Our client a small, very succesful and expanding, Building Company have a requirement for an Estimator, or perhaps Senior Estimator to join their busy team. Candidates should be fully conversant with, and have a number of years experience in, tendering for a variety of construction schemes, from refurishment to new build (plan & spec, D & B and traditional), with project/tender values from small works to £2m. Knowledge and experience in Framework and Partnering agreements would also be an advantage, as would experience with specific Estimating software packages.
