Health Safety Environment and Quality Manager - Birmingham, Midlands
NEBOSH Construction Certificate / IOSH - Qualified. (NEBOSH general certificate considered with supporting construction site management experience).
A demanding position that will require the successful applicant to take on the company's full Health & Safety requirements. Responsibilities that will include all site requirements (40% office based - 60% site based), tool box talks, CDM, sub contractor liaison, training needs analysis and organisation off new and renewal certifcates (CSCS, CPCS), staff and project database management.
You will be responsible for the current 250 staff members and live projects reporting to the company director ensuring systems and procedures are defined and adhered to in readiness for company growth.
