Harben Recruitment Limited is a very successful privately owned specialist recruitment company, operating nationwide in the UK, and dealing exclusively with the construction / building and associated industries. We are able to offer expert advice on all construction recruitment issues, to both employers and candidates.

The Managing Director of Harben Recruitment Limited has over thirty years experience of working within the Building Industry, with many years managing construction companies at board level, and our Senior Consultants have many years experience specifically in construction recruitment. We therefore recognise and acknowledge the importance of matching exactly clients' requirements and candidates needs.

Perhaps of more importance our fees for permanent placements are significantly cheaper than other recruitment companies. Therefore we feel that we offer our clients a very cost effective service, which also results in a greater number of candidates securing their chosen positions at no cost to themselves.

As a smaller independent company we are able to provide a more in depth personal service to our clients, and we are committed to building long term partnerships with companies of all sizes from small regional companies to major organisations and Plc's.
